Marshall has over 16 years of experience in the industry. Following a solid decade spent in operations, for the past six years, he’s focused on ensuring quality standards are met and continuously improved. His background in operations gave him a unique perspective on quality assurance, allowing him to effectively bridge the gap between processes and outcomes. He’s passionate about driving excellence and fostering a culture of quality in his work environment. He’s also a talented singer and guitarist.
